Within Germany, shipping takes 2-4 days, within Europe 4-10 days, to the US or Canada and rest of the world may take up to 4 weeks.

If you are based within the EU: In accordance with the law, you have a 14 days ‘cooling off period’ on physical goods in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund minus Paypal and Bandcamp fees. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. Should you choose to cancel, we will refund your order within 30 days of your cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the shrink wrap has been removed.

Please make sure to send all returns via recorded delivery to ensure their arrival.

The return costs shall be borne by the buyer.
